What You Can Learn
Analytics answer questions like:
- How many calls are my agents handling per day/week/month?
- Which agents are getting the most calls, and how are they performing?
- What are callers talking about? What topics come up most often?
- How do callers feel? Are sentiment trends improving or declining?
- How much is it costing? Per agent, per client, and in total.
- What should I change? AI-generated recommendations based on real call data.
Permissions
Analytics visibility depends on the user’s role:
- Agency admins see all data across all agents and clients. They can filter by individual client to see a scoped view.
- Client portal users see only the data for their assigned agents. Cost visibility can be toggled on or off per client in Settings → Clients.

Use the date range filter on the dashboard to compare performance across periods. For example, compare the last 7 days to the previous 7 days to see if changes to an agent’s prompt improved call outcomes.
