BuildVoiceAI offers three plan tiers, each available in Self-Service and Managed variants. Self-Service plans are for agencies that handle their own setup. Managed plans include onboarding assistance and priority support.

Choosing the Right Plan

Starter plan required Starter — Getting Started

Best for agencies just launching their voice AI service with a small number of clients. You get full access to all voice providers and core features, with a limit of 3 clients.

Choose Starter if:

  • You are testing the platform with your first few clients
  • You do not need CRM integrations (GHL, HubSpot)
  • You want to keep costs low while validating your service offering

Growth plan required Growth — Scaling Up

Best for agencies with a growing client base that need CRM integrations, custom domains, and the full analytics suite.

Choose Growth if:

  • You have 4-10 active clients
  • You need GHL, HubSpot, or Google Calendar integrations
  • You want a custom domain for a fully branded client portal

Agency plan required Agency — Full Scale

Best for established agencies running voice AI at scale. Includes everything in Growth plus A/B testing, API access, and the highest client limit.

Choose Agency if:

  • You manage more than 10 clients
  • You want to run A/B experiments to optimize agent performance
  • You need API access for custom integrations or automation

Self-Service vs Managed

Both variants include the same features for each tier. The difference is in support:

  • Self-Service — You handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting using documentation and standard support
  • Managed — Includes guided onboarding, configuration assistance, and priority support response times
