Branding & White-Label

BuildVoiceAI lets you fully white-label the client portal so your clients see your brand, not ours. Configure these settings under Settings → Branding.

Logo Upload

Upload your agency logo to replace the default BuildVoiceAI branding throughout the client portal. Your logo appears in the portal sidebar, login page, and email communications.

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
Recommended size: 200x60 pixels or similar horizontal aspect ratio
File size limit: 2 MB

Use a transparent PNG or SVG for the best appearance across both light and dark backgrounds.

Brand Colors

You can set two colors that are applied throughout the client portal:

Primary Color

Used for the sidebar background, primary buttons, and key UI accents. Choose a color that matches your agency’s main brand color.

Accent Color

Used for hover states, links, and secondary interactive elements. This should complement your primary color while providing enough contrast to be visible.

Click the color swatch to open the picker, or enter a hex code directly

Tagline

Add a short tagline that appears below your logo on the client portal login page. This is optional but useful for reinforcing your agency brand.

Examples:

“AI-Powered Voice Solutions”
“Your Calls, Automated”
“Smart Voice Agents for Your Business”

Support Contact Information

Configure the support details your clients see when they need help:

Support email — Displayed on the client portal help section and in automated emails
Support phone — Shown alongside the email for clients who prefer to call

These contact details route to your agency, not to BuildVoiceAI. You are responsible for providing support to your clients.

Previewing Your Branding

After saving your branding settings, you can preview how the client portal looks by opening the portal URL in an incognito window or by using the Preview option if available.

What Clients See

Your branding is applied to:

Client portal login and signup pages
Sidebar and navigation
Email notifications sent to clients
The portal favicon (derived from your logo)

Your branding is not applied to:

Your own agency admin dashboard (you always see the BuildVoiceAI interface)
Provider dashboards (Retell, Vapi, Bland)

⚠️

If you remove your logo without uploading a replacement, the client portal will show a text-only header with your agency name. Make sure to always have a logo uploaded for a professional appearance.

Resetting to Defaults

To revert all branding to the BuildVoiceAI defaults, clear each field individually and save. There is no single “reset all” button.
