BuildVoiceAI billing has two components: a monthly platform subscription and per-minute usage charges. This section covers everything you need to know about managing your billing.

How Billing Works

Platform Subscription

Your monthly subscription covers access to the BuildVoiceAI platform, including the agency dashboard, client portal, integrations, and features gated by your plan tier. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

There are three plan tiers, each available in Self-Service and Managed variants:

Per-Minute Usage

On top of your subscription, you pay $0.15 per minute for every call processed through BuildVoiceAI. This platform fee is charged in addition to whatever your voice provider (Retell, Vapi, or Bland) charges you directly.

Usage is tracked in real time and billed at the end of each billing cycle.

Provider costs (Retell, Vapi, Bland) are billed separately by the provider. BuildVoiceAI’s $0.15/min platform rate is an additional charge for the dashboard, analytics, workflows, and white-label features.

Payment Methods

BuildVoiceAI accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing page without interrupting your service.

Set up a card with automatic payments to avoid any service interruption. If a payment fails, you will receive email reminders before any access is restricted.
