Creating Your Account
BuildVoiceAI offers two ways to sign up and two service models depending on how you want to manage voice AI infrastructure.
Sign Up Methods
Email and Password
- Navigate to the BuildVoiceAI sign-up page.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.
- Once verified, you’ll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
Google OAuth
- On the sign-up page, click Sign up with Google.
- Select your Google account and authorize BuildVoiceAI.
- Your account is created instantly with no email verification needed.
- You’ll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
If you sign up with Google, your account email will match your Google account email. You can still set a password later in Settings if you want email/password login as a backup.
Choosing a Service Model
During sign-up, you’ll choose between two service models. This determines how voice provider API keys and per-minute costs are handled.
Self-Service
- You bring your own API keys from Retell AI, Vapi, or Bland.ai.
- You pay the voice provider directly for per-minute usage.
- Best for agencies that want full control over provider accounts and costs.
- You can use different providers for different agents.
Managed
- BuildVoiceAI handles the API keys — no voice provider account needed.
- Per-minute usage is billed at $0.15/min through BuildVoiceAI.
- Best for agencies that want a simpler setup without managing provider accounts.
- BuildVoiceAI selects the optimal provider for your use case.
Not sure which to choose? Start with Self-Service if you already have a Retell AI, Vapi, or Bland.ai account. Choose Managed if you want to skip provider setup entirely.

BuildVoiceAI offers three plan tiers. All plans include full access to the platform features — the difference is how many clients you can manage.

Save 2 months by choosing annual billing. The lower price in each range reflects the yearly rate.
What counts as a client?
A client is a sub-account you create within BuildVoiceAI to represent one of your customers. Each client gets their own agents, calls, analytics, and optionally their own portal login. Your plan’s client limit determines how many active clients you can have at once.
After Sign-Up
Once your account is created and your email is verified, you’ll enter the Onboarding Wizard to connect your voice provider and get your dashboard ready.
